The fact that there's no sound should make us suspicious. This footage is also too good to be true which is mostly if not always an indicator for hoaxed footage. I'd say it's either a low flying plane or CGI.

I don;t know.It doesn't see to me that this is a plane,or SG1.Because if i know well,a low flying plane doesn't have that much lights.It might be a coincidence but...
