Charles Hall and the Tall Whites

This case always fascinated me. Charles Hall allegedly was a weather observer for the US Air Force and has been sent out to a small outpost in the desert where he got into contact with some human looking alien beings which we use to call the "Tall Whites". They allegedly work together with the US government and are allowed to have a base there new Las Vegas.

This is an article made by Bruce Maccabee about an analysis of a picture which allegedly shows a craft of the Tall Whites about which I personally am rather skeptic about. Because to me the alleged craft does just look like an odd shaped cloud. It also has the same color as the clouds do have. Plus I never heard of that craft could produce contrails while flying in space:

If he's telling the truth then all the rumors about the US working together with ETs are true. At least when it comes to that species. Don't know if all those rumors about Dulce and Greys and Reptoids are true. ETs in general don't seem to be pretty forthcoming so it's hard to imagine that they would have open contact with any government of this planet.
